What is Samurai Manga Dojo?

“Samurai Manga Workshop” is a video program that teaches you full-scale techniques of drawing Manga from step one.

Lately, there are many people who wish to come to Japan and learn these techniques in a professional schools or colleges. However, it is quite difficult to be admitted into these schools as a non-Japanese, and it requires very high tuition.

Therefore, here at Samurai Manga Workshop, we have prepared various curriculums equally informative as these schools in Japan, to introduce the correct manners and techniques in creating Manga that can be acquired through Internet.

Let’s say if you were to come to Japan and went to these professional schools for two years. It would require in average approximately $20,000 or €16,000, plus the costs of living in Japan. But here in Samurai Manga Workshop, we offer these techniques for $3 a lesson. Even if you have participated in all of the courses, it would only cost you $150.

The teachers here at Samurai Manga Workshop are professional Manga artists and teachers who teach at Japanese schools.

Effective Ways of Learning

The curriculums here in Samurai Manga Workshop have three levels, from Class 3 through 1.As you will learn each lesson, you will raise each level.

If this is your first attempt to draw Manga, we recommend that you start from Class 3. The techniques that are acquired from a lesson should be practiced for a week or two. Drawing shows great deal of improvement through practice. Purchasing 2 lessons per month would give you enough techniques to create Manga in approximately two years.

If you know the basics of creating Manga, you can choose lessons and download them according to your weak points or techniques you have not learned yet.
